New Suzuki Jimny defeated the G-Class in a tug-of-war (video)

New Suzuki Jimny is called a mini G-Wagon. The SUV not only resembles the Mercedes G-Class in appearance but is equally capable off-road. The Brits from Carwow decided to organize a unique match between the 2019 Suzuki Jimny and the Mercedes-AMG G63. They aimed to see who would outpull whom. The first round of tug-of-war ended in favor of the G-Wagon, which is not surprising.

Its 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine produces 585 hp and 850 Nm, while the Suzuki has only 102 hp and 130 Nm. Moreover, the Jimny is lightweight – 1090 kg. Then it was decided to pit two Suzuki Jimnys against the Mercedes-AMG G63, but even then, the AMG G-Wagon easily prevailed. Only three Suzukis could finally win.
