A rare 1981 Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe E24 has been listed for sale in Europe for $134,000. The price is comparable to a new BMW 7 Series. The car has an odometer reading of 143,100 km and has been owned by a single owner since 2004. This is reported by Classic Driver.

The model is based on the BMW E24 and is equipped with a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine with a KKK K27 turbocharger. Power output is 301 hp (221 kW), torque is 462 Nm.

The car has rear-wheel drive and a 5-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6.7 seconds, top speed exceeds 250 km/h.

This example was manufactured in April 1981 at the Alpina facility in Buchloe and was imported new to Liechtenstein. A copy of the original sales invoice has been preserved.
Since 2004, the car has been in the hands of a single owner, during which time the mileage increased from 91,000 to 143,100 km. Maintenance was carried out at BMW and Alpina dealers, with invoices totaling over 40,000 euros.

The last service was performed in May 2025, and the inspection revealed no issues. The car comes with original accessories, a spare wheel, and three keys.
The Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe E24 was produced in a limited run—approximately 153 units between 1978 and 1982. The presented car is one of the last assembled in this series.
