So Harrah turned to tuners. They couldn’t think of anything better than to combine a Jeep Wagoneer and a Ferrari 365 GT 2+2. They took the entire front end and the 4.4-liter 320-horsepower V12 from the Italian sports car, as well as the gearbox, steering wheel, and some interior parts. The car looks like the grandfather of the Porsche Cayenne. The First Ferrari SUV That Nobody Knew About

In 1977, Harrah had a new Jerrari made.

This time, the car’s exterior almost didn’t differ from the Jeep Wagoneer – except for the elongated hood to fit the V12. The engine, by the way, was transferred from the first Jerrari. The dashboard was replaced inside, and a Ferrari steering wheel was installed. The First Ferrari SUV That Nobody Knew About

Now, the first Jerrari (now equipped with an engine from a Corvette) is in a private collection, and the second is in Harrah’s museum in Nevada.
