Model Lineup Updates for 2026
Polaris has introduced an updated version of its Slingshot three-wheeled vehicle for the 2026 model year. While most changes are minor, the main news is the return of the flagship Grand Touring trim to the lineup.
Grand Touring Features
The limited-edition Grand Touring features a two-tone exterior combining Viper Black and Green Venom shades. Key design elements include a body-colored rear spoiler and a Slingshade roof with tinted T-Top panels. The vehicle also received a vented sport hood and special GT and Grand Touring emblems.
Polaris debuts 2026 Slingshot with new Grand Touring trim. Starts at $41,999, features two-tone exterior with a Slingshade. Base model remains priced from $24,999 in the United States.
Interior and Technical Equipment
The cabin of the new model features heated and ventilated seats with contrasting green stitching. A Rockford Fosgate audio system and an XKGlow interior lighting kit complement the list of equipment. The model also has a “Limited Edition” emblem and a 7-inch multimedia system with navigation and Apple CarPlay support.
Since the Grand Touring is based on the Slingshot R version, it is equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder ProStar engine producing 204 hp with a torque of 203 Nm. Available transmission options are a five-speed manual gearbox or the automated AutoDrive.
Pricing and Availability
The price for the Grand Touring starts at $41,999. The version with the AutoDrive gearbox costs $44,149. The manufacturer notes that this trim will be produced in a limited series, but exact quantities are not disclosed.
New Colors and Design for Other Versions
Other models in the 2026 lineup—SL, SLR, and R—have received a number of new color options. White Lightning, Blue Rush, and Sunburst Orange have been added for the SL. The SLR is now available in Blue Rush and Mirage Gray, while the R offers Midnight Smoke, Radiant Gray with Red Indy Pearl, and White Crystal with Mint Fade.
Updates also affected the wheels: the SLR and R versions received new cast aluminum alloy wheels with a five-spoke “honeycomb” design. Wheel sizes are 18 inches in the front and 20 inches in the rear, with a gloss black or matte finish.

Sales Start and Pricing Policy
Deliveries of the 2026 Polaris Slingshot model year to dealerships will begin this month. The base price remains unchanged from last year and starts at $24,999. The manufacturer emphasizes that prices for all model variants are maintained at the previous level.
The return of the Grand Touring trim, despite its limited production run, indicates Polaris’s strategy to offer more exclusive and equipped versions for targeted buyers while maintaining the accessibility of base models. This allows the brand to reach a wider audience—from enthusiasts looking for an affordable three-wheeled vehicle to those willing to invest in additional comfort and unique design. Price stability in the context of the general market trend of rising costs may become an additional incentive for buyers.
