First photos and videos of the new Brabus Invicto have been presented. The tuned Gelandewagen opens a new direction for the German company – the creation of armored cars.
The armored Brabus G-Class is protected to the VR6 Plus ERV standard, meaning it can withstand fire from a Kalashnikov AK-74 or a grenade blast. Tires that are immune to punctures are also installed.
Brabus Invicto is offered in three versions.
Pure looks almost the same inside and out as the Mercedes-AMG G63. The Luxury version features body kit, hood with air intake, and a more luxurious interior.
The extreme Mission variant stands out thanks to new bumpers, a winch, and a roof rack. Additionally, it is equipped with off-road tires and extra lighting.
The armor has increased the car’s weight by a ton, requiring reinforcement of the frame, suspension, and brakes.
The engine is the same as in the Brabus G800 – a 4.0-liter, 800-horsepower V8 twin-turbo. The Brabus G-Class accelerates to a hundred in 8.2 seconds, and its top speed is limited to 210 km/h.
