The unique armored sedan was spotted at a supermarket parking lot in the capital. It is the same Chevrolet Caprice belonging to the richest person in Ukraine in the nineties. Specifically, this car was waiting for Yevhen Shcherban by the ladder of his plane but never met him…

On November 3, 1996, the so-called first oligarch of Ukraine was killed on the runway at the Donetsk airport when he was returning from Moscow on his Yak-40 from Joseph Kobzon’s jubilee.
At that moment, a Chevrolet Caprice was waiting for the plane, which (according to unofficial information) was made by special order of the oligarch himself.

Regardless, the American sedan from 25 years ago is still running with the same license plates 170 60 KV, and it is driven (according to the photographer who provided the photos to TopGir) by the son of the first oligarch himself.

Recall, we have detailed about the Shcherban’s car and more, and how billionaires Rinat Akhmetov and Serhiy Taruta used to stand by it (or alongside him) in the nineties.
