by In China, the new Kia Sportage was filmed for the first time. Immediately say: we are talking about the local model, which was created specifically for the Chinese market. The Kia Sportage 2021 for the rest of the world will be different. 
The Kia crossover for China was even named differently – Kia Sportage Ace. Its length is 4530 mm, width – 1850 mm, height – 1670 mm, and the wheelbase is 2640 mm.
The design of the 2021 Kia Sportage cannot be called restrained – the huge grille immediately catches the eye. At the back, the influence of the older Kia Sorento is felt. But we emphasize again: the global model will look different. 
The interior features a virtual dashboard and an enlarged 8-inch touchscreen. The list of options has been expanded with adaptive cruise control, automatic deceleration systems, lane-keeping and blind spot monitoring systems.
Initially, the new Kia Sportage Ace will be available only with a 2.0-liter 160-horsepower gasoline engine and a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. Later, a 1.5-liter 200-horsepower turbo engine and a 7-speed dual-clutch robot will be added.
