The new 2020 Shelby GT500 is equipped with a 5.2-liter supercharged V8 with more than 700 hp (according to some data, it reaches 750 hp). For the first time in the history of the Ford Mustang, it received a 7-speed dual-clutch robot transmission. 
The 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 can accelerate to 100 km/h in about 3.5 seconds and cover a quarter mile in 11 seconds.
Its top speed will be around 320 km/h. 
In the arsenal of the Ford Mustang Shelby are adaptive dampers and Brembo brakes with a diameter of 420 mm at the front and 370 mm at the rear. The 20-inch wheels are made of carbon. 
The body kit and rear wing of the Shelby GT500 are also made of carbon. The coupe can be recognized by its unique grille and hood air intake.
Inside, Recaro seats and a virtual dashboard have appeared.
