In Los Angeles, real abandoned treasures have been discovered in an unremarkable garage. Among the clutter, they found six rare retro cars, reports Petrolicious.
There was so much trash that it took three days to clear it out – otherwise, it was impossible to reach the cars. Apparently, the owner began restoring the cars but never finished.
The jewel of the collection is a 1960 Ferrari 250 GT Speciale convertible with an optional removable metal roof.
Only 8 of these cars were produced, and their price runs into millions of dollars.
Although the Ferrari sports car is disassembled and its engine is beside it, you can see that its assemblies are well preserved. In much worse condition are two British roadsters – a 1956 Austin-Healey BN1 and a 1966 Jaguar E-Type.
Additionally, a 1946 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith sedan with an exclusive body by James Young was discovered. The best-looking car of all is the 1967 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow.
