The research company JD Power decided to create a rating of the best cars in the world by studying the opinions of car owners, build quality, and their reliability. In general, it resulted in a kind of list of ideal cars.
However, there is an interesting nuance: the discussion centers around 2018 cars. Which raises the question – how can you judge reliability after a year of operation? Nonetheless, the information is still intriguing, especially since the ranking of the best cars includes not only American and German vehicles. It’s a pity that Americans consider only premium models the best.
The cars’ strengths were assessed on a 100-point scale, and the most points went to the Porsche 911 (94 points). By the way, this sports car has been repeatedly recognized as the best and most reliable over the years, and the one that people buy over and over again.
Among the surprises, a car from a Korean brand made the list, but again – it’s a luxury one.
The car in question is the new Genesis G90, which ranked second (!), overtaking Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus.
