When the Germans conduct any research, you involuntarily believe them. Well, there is such a stereotype that, if anywhere, in Germany they tell the truth. And although we have already told you that even in Europe mileage is rolled back, it is still interesting to know, which crossovers are the most reliable according to the most meticulous nation.
The research was conducted over several years by journalists from AutoBild. They collected data on different models of crossovers, most of which covered more than 100 thousand km.
Their reliability was judged not only by reviews and inspection verdicts but also almost dismantled to the last screw to determine the weakest and most problematic parts of specific cars.
You will be surprised, but when it comes to the reliability of modern SUVs, the best is neither Volkswagen nor even Audi, as one might assume.
According to the Germans, the least problematic is… Kia Sportage. Among relatively new cars, this crossover turned out to be the most reliable.
Also, in the reliability rating of crossovers, a couple of French cars, several Japanese, and France itself are present. In general, see for yourself.
