In the USA, a portion of actor Paul Walker’s car collection was sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction. In total, more than two dozen cars and motorcycles of the ‘Fast and Furious’ film star went under the hammer.
The most sought-after were six BMW M3s, collectively fetching about one and a half million dollars. The most expensive was a 1990 BMW M3 E36 coupe with only 8,000 km on the odometer, selling for $385,000. Another $165,000 was paid for a BMW M3 E30.
A tuned Nissan 370Z from ‘Fast Five’ was sold for $105,600, and a 1989 Nissan Skyline GT-R32 went for $100,000. Additionally, a Ford Mustang Boss 302S ($95,700), Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer ($73,700), Audi S4 ($29,700), Toyota Tundra ($16,500), and a 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Wagon ($19,800) were sold.
As is known, Paul Walker died on November 30, 2013, in a car accident, being a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT.
In his collection there were several dozen cars and motorcycles.
