Let us remind you, the new Mitsuoka crossover looks like a Chevrolet SUV from the 70s-80s, but under its retro exterior hides a modern Toyota RAV4. According to the notorious Japanese company Mitsuoka, next year it is planned to release 50 units, and in 2022, another 150 units. However, some of them clients will only be able to receive in 2023.
Let us remind you, the price of the Mitsuoka Buddy is 4,697,000 yen (45 thousand dollars), whereas a standard RAV4 can be bought in Japan for 2,743,000 yen (26 thousand dollars). That is, almost twice cheaper than the Mitsuoka.
What’s the point? The Japanese, they are like that. After all, it’s hard for our people to understand how one can love a UAZ so much to buy it for fifty thousand dollars! But the Japanese like it – UAZ Buchanka is very loved in Japan.
