The village of Dudarkiv is located 20 km from Kyiv. Many famous personalities live in this village, including well-known athletes and artists. In the neighboring village of Zaimishche, which is subordinate to Dudarkiv, lives the sister of the legendary singer Sofia Rotaru, and there is also a summer house of the accordionist Ian Tabachnik.
In addition, Dudarkiv is known for Kuchma’s gardens, where fruits and vegetables were previously grown for the ex-president and his entourage. It was also in this village that mammoth bone remains were discovered.
It would seem to be a village with a rich history, and close to the capital. Nevertheless, the local chairman has been “running the show” for more than 10 years without public consent and violates all written and unwritten laws. Local residents call him “the little king,” although the chairman himself, Huralnyk Mykola Grygorovych, seems to consider himself the emperor and ruler of all and everything. https://www.facebook.com/atamanchjuk/videos/2760336177387098/
Recently, he gained fame on Facebook for sending journalists to hell, and the other day decided to drive them on the hood, right in front of the village council building. Moreover, in broad daylight and in front of a crowd of people.
As reported by TSN, a film crew from the “Center for Journalistic Investigations” arrived on a reception day to ask the chairman several questions about corruption. However, he not only refused to answer but also hit the journalists and drove them on the hood of his Mazda CX-7 for about 60 meters. As a result of the incident, a local resident was also injured, who was hit by the car. Fortunately, he escaped without serious injuries. The police were called to the scene.
Depending on the bodily injuries caused, law enforcement authorities will determine whether it will be an administrative or criminal offense. It turns out that the activity of Mykola Huralnyk is monitored not only by the “Center for Journalistic Investigations” but also by the NACP. The investigations concern his declarations, as well as conflicts of interest (the wife and son of the village head work in the district council). It is noteworthy that there are no roads in the village at all, but there are sections of the route that are surprisingly smooth and perfect. The reason is simple – this “road” leads to the house of the village head, who, according to local residents, updates the road surface from himself to the village council building and the exit to Kyiv every year.
Moreover, asphalt was laid even this year, despite the fact that the road was already better than the Boryspil highway (in terms of quality), even if narrow.
