Toyota Tundra Receives New Colors and Luxurious Updates for 2026

Updated Toyota Tundra 2026: What’s New?

External changes are minimal: besides the new color for the TRD Pro, all trims now come with a trailer hitch featuring a 7/4-pin connector. The updated SX package includes 20-inch wheels, and the TRD Rally Package can be combined with a 3-inch TRD suspension.

Interior Updates and Specifications

The Limited trim’s interior now offers black or gray leather, while the top-tier Capstone version for $80,800 received Shale seats with textured inserts. The TRD Pro can be equipped with new seats that improve comfort during off-road driving.

Under the hood, the familiar engines remain: a 3.4-liter gasoline V6 with 389 hp and a hybrid i-FORCE MAX version with 437 hp. Both units work with a 10-speed automatic transmission. An important change was the increase in fuel tank capacity from 22.5 to 32.2 gallons across all trims.

Toyota’s pricing policy for the 2026 Tundra demonstrates a significant range: from $41,260 for the base version to $80,800 for the Capstone. It is worth noting that a destination fee of $2,095 is added to the price.

Despite the price increase, the updates seem like a logical step to maintain the model’s competitiveness in the full-size pickup truck market. The new seats and the increased fuel tank look particularly interesting and could be decisive arguments for buyers who value comfort and long-range capability.
