The next generation of the Hyundai Tucson has been spotted during testing in Europe. The camouflage does not hide that the compact crossover will get a more squared-off design, similar to the new Santa Fe. According to reports from Korean media, the updated Tucson will debut in the third quarter of 2026. Among the main changes are sharp body lines, straight door cutouts, and a less pronounced rise in the roofline. The rear is likely to retain the sloping profile characteristic of crossovers.

The manufacturer will focus on hybrid versions, particularly plug-in models, which will be able to travel up to 100 km on electric power. Diesel engines will likely be phased out, especially in the European market.
