Jubilee retro car festival Old Car Land to be held in Kyiv

The largest technical festival in Ukraine, Old Car Land, is returning. This year, the event celebrates its tenth anniversary and prepares several attractions for participants and guests. The most noticeable change is the new location. For the first time, the festival will take place at the territory of the technical museum ‘Wheels of History.’ So all those interested will have a unique opportunity to explore, in addition to the automobiles, motorcycles, and other vehicles of the festival, the largest collection of classic technical exhibits in Kyiv and Ukraine. In general, the history of Old Car Land started 10 years ago when the Ukrainian community of vintage transport enthusiasts decided to launch their own event – a grand celebration of history and technology. In the summer of 2014, thanks to the initiative of a group of enthusiasts, the first festival took place, which in scale and atmosphere resembled more a gathering of friends, but later developed and received the name Technical Festival Old Car Land. Despite the modest format, the first festival featured a number of vintage premieres, the most interesting of which you will be able to see again this autumn! The festival organizers have also not forgotten about the car manufacturers celebrating important anniversaries this year. At the festival, spectators will be able to see special exhibitions of Opel and Fiat, celebrating 125 years, as well as Audi and MG, celebrating 115th and 100th anniversaries respectively in 2024. Our story continues. So we invite owners of classic vehicles and enthusiasts of retro cars and historic motorcycles to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Old Car Land festival, which will take place on September 28-29 at the territory of the ‘Wheels of History’ museum, located at 1 Malynska Street, Kyiv. In addition to unique technical exhibits, viewers can expect interactive displays, vintage arcade games, delicious and diverse food courts, signature souvenirs, and much more. Fans of historical technology are urged not to miss the legendary event in the world of Ukrainian retro movement. See you at Old Car Land!
