The fact is that the Michelin tires, with which the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport cars are equipped, start forming cracks after 4,000 kilometers of use, which may result in them bursting.
The issue with the tires was identified by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which reported it to the French hypercar manufacturer. Note that the tires on the Bugatti Chiron need replacing every 4-5 thousand kilometers, but they should not crack – according to the manufacturer.
