In Lviv, the VIK Cars Museum has acquired a 90s supercar Lamborghini Diablo (photo)

In Lviv, the collection of the VIK Cars museum has been expanded with an iconic 1990s supercar — the Lamborghini Diablo. This is an early version of the model with a naturally aspirated V12, which is part of a limited series. The car has been provided to the museum and is already available for viewing by visitors. Photos of the supercar were published by the Instagram account t.o.p.c.a.r.s_u.a.

The exhibit is a representative of the initial Diablo generation, which was produced from 1990 to 1998. The total production run of such cars was 873 units, and the total production of all model modifications from 1990 to 2000 was 2,903 cars.

The Lamborghini Diablo presented at the museum is equipped with a 5.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine. The power output of the powertrain is 492 hp, with a maximum torque of 580 Nm. The supercar is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, and its top speed is stated to be 325 km/h.

The Diablo became one of the most famous Lamborghini models of the 1990s and cemented the brand’s reputation as a manufacturer of extreme road supercars with a classic layout and large naturally aspirated engines.

A new space in Lviv for rare cars

The VIK Cars Museum recently opened in Lviv, bringing together over 30 rare cars under one roof. The collection belongs to the co-founder of the ATB corporation, philanthropist, and collector Viktor Karachun. The total exhibition area exceeds 1,300 m².

According to the museum, some of the cars have no analogues in Ukraine, and certain models are represented only by single examples in private collections and museums around the world. The Lamborghini Diablo has become one of the brightest exhibits in the new exhibition.
