Recall that the Rolls-Royce Cullinan can be purchased in Ukraine at a price starting from 10.5 million hryvnias. It is the most expensive SUV in the world, not counting one-off exclusives like Dartz. 
Most Rolls-Royce Cullinans are registered in Kyiv, although they are also found in Odessa and Lviv.
Recall that the SUV is equipped with a 571-horsepower V12 and is capable of reaching 250 km/h.
