The thing is, the Toyota Camry literally got hung up on a broken trolleybus wire. It turned out that the driver simply didn’t notice it.
The cops who arrived at the scene of the accident suspected that the driver was intoxicated and suggested taking an alcohol test, but he refused. Moreover, he claimed that it was his wife driving, then tried to flee the scene and was detained.
The driver also didn’t have a license. So, three protocols were drawn up against him immediately – under part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle under the influence), Article 124 (Traffic violation leading to an accident), and part 1 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle without the necessary documents).
