by One of the interesting participants of the OldCarLand festival was the miniature Arola 20 from 1982. The feature of the car is that you do not need a license to drive it. 
The French Arola 20 is a predecessor of Smart. The two-seater car is only 2 m long and 1.25 m wide, and its mass is less than 200 kg. 
Arola 20 was equipped with engines of 50-125 cc, and its maximum speed was 65 km/h.
According to the laws of France and several other European countries, such a slow car can be driven without a license. 
The rare car is now kept in the “Faeton” museum in Zaporizhia. It is the only one of its kind in Ukraine.
