In Rivne, a rare 1981 Chevrolet Corvette was put up for sale. The iconic American sports car is priced at $24,900.
The third-generation Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is a rarity in Ukraine. This particular car has been spotted multiple times on the streets of Rivne. The red sports car looks very striking and is well-preserved, with an indicated mileage of 57,000 km.
Among the model’s features is a removable roof. The Corvette has a leather interior, and its equipment includes power windows, air conditioning, power steering, and an audio system.
Under the hood, there’s a 5.7-liter V8, but it’s restricted by eco-standards, thus producing only 190 hp. It’s paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. It accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds, and its top speed is 209 km/h.
The sporty side exhaust also catches the eye.
Incidentally, a similar third-generation Chevrolet Corvette was spotted in Kyiv the other day. In Rivne, another cool American car recently made an appearance — the legendary Ford Mustang Eleanor.
