The service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine will gradually return to their usual mode of operation starting May 12. This means that the registration of used cars will be carried out again, and a range of other services will be resumed.
More precisely, almost all regular services will be available at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for taking the practical driving test. This means that it will be possible to register or re-register a vehicle, obtain or replace a driver’s license, get a criminal record certificate, and order personalized license plates. Let us remind you that earlier the list of services at service centers was seriously reduced.
For example, only new cars were registered (although this did not save the car market from collapse). Of course, the quarantine has not been lifted, so a number of restrictions will remain. Visitors will be allowed entry only if wearing a mask and at a rate of one person per 10 sq. meters. A prior appointment online or by phone is required.
Temperature screening and hand disinfection will be mandatory. Glass protective screens will also be installed in the premises.
