Lately, cars with flashy numbers of new or even non-existent series have been increasingly seen on our roads. And this raises the question, whether ordinary people are simply not informed about the appearance of new series of license plates, or are state plates of nonexistent series being hung on some cars.
Just today we talked about a luxurious Mercedes AMG with an elite number from the Ministry of Internal Affairs reserve, when a TopGir reader shared with us a photo of a car with even more impressive state plates.
The uniqueness and mystery of this number lies in the fact that the “OO” series simply does not exist in Ukraine. Yes, back in the early 2000s, “OO” numbers existed, and at that time they were found on the cars of extraordinary people, whom common people called “especially arrogant.”
Does this photo mean that the practice of issuing flashy numbers is returning to Ukraine? Judging by the car on which this number was spotted – not necessarily. One could assume that these are personalized numbers, but judging by the letters and fonts – unlikely.
The second aspect – as in the case with ZAZ with numbers 0001, one could assume that these license plates were assigned to the Sprinter (and even a service one) in anticipation of a wealthy client for them.
