But let’s emphasize – this is a mandatory payment. In reality, acquiring such numbers is unlikely to cost less than several thousand dollars for one number. After all, officially all (!) numbers with beautiful combinations of numbers are taken (especially four repeating digits) and are resold through intermediaries, and they are often “reserved” for themselves by the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers and/or higher ranks.
So where did such a number come from on such a regular van, not to mention the trailer? We think the answer is obvious – the state signs are waiting for their buyer, and this is just a “mobile showcase” that serves as a box for storing posh numbers.
By the way, as TopGir already wrote, lately oligarchs have a new fetish – chic numbers are giving way to state signs like those of ordinary mortals.
