For modifications, a 2006 Mercedes G-Class was chosen and drastically transformed. The SUV was elongated by 70 cm, the rear part was cut off, and a cargo body was added.
In addition, a completely new front part from the 2022 Mercedes G-Class in the Brabus style was installed. Also added were a carbon hood cover, fender flares, a winch, retractable steps, and huge off-road tires. Additional lighting and a roof rack were installed on the roof.
The interior of the “Gelendwagen” was trimmed with bright orange leather and Alcantara. The second row became more spacious, and electrically operated and heated seats were added. A multimedia system and switches from the newer Mercedes G-Class were also installed.
In addition, the suspension of the “Gelendwagen” has been significantly modified and strengthened. Portal axles were installed, allowing an increase in clearance.
