by Renault City K-ZE in Ukraine have already been seen, but now the number of advertisements for the sale of this budget electric car is growing on the internet. As has already been mentioned, this model is not officially presented in our country, but ‘grey’ dealers seem to believe in its success in the Ukrainian market. 
And it’s logical, because the selling price (after being brought to Ukraine) for the client turns out to be very ‘sweet’ as for an electric car. And although many companies that deal with bringing in electric vehicles indicate ‘price negotiable,’ there are those who specify an exact figure. For example, in this advertisement, the price of the Renault City K-ZE is stated to be fourteen and a half thousand dollars (in China – from $8600).
Let’s recall, despite its affordability, Renault City K-ZE has pretty decent characteristics. Thanks to its compact size and low weight, the low-power electric motor of 44 horses is sufficient to provide acceleration to 100 km/h in 12 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 125 km/h. The battery is 27 kW. The declared range without recharging is 250 km. 
Whether it will be possible to buy the Renault City K-ZE electric car in the official network is not yet confirmed.
But considering the cost and potential prospects of this ‘electric train,’ we are confident, sooner or later (preferably sooner, of course), it will appear in Ukraine. Moreover, the French brand plans to adapt the car for Europe. And let’s not forget that in fact, only Renault in our country has equipment and specially trained specialists for the repair and maintenance of electric vehicles. Currently, let us remind you, only one electric model is officially available for purchase – the commercial Kangoo Z.E.
