Extremely Rare 380-HP Lotus Omega from the 90s Discovered in Ukraine (Photo)

An interesting Omega sedan from 1993 was put up for sale in Kyiv. Its value is estimated at $75,000. And there is an explanation for that…

The reason is that this is not just an Omega, but a tuned Opel Lotus Omega, also known as the Lotus Carlton. Only 950 sedans were produced – 630 with left-hand drive and 320 with right-hand drive.

The Opel Lotus Omega is equipped with a 3.6-liter turbocharged inline-six engine producing 377 hp and 557 N∙m. With a 6-speed manual transmission, it accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.4 s and reaches a top speed of 282 km/h.

It also has upgraded brakes and suspension. The Opel Lotus Omega can be distinguished by its body kit and spoiler, while the interior features sports seats.
