by The first Peugeot 508 PSE in Ukraine was spotted in Kyiv. The charged version of the model is the fastest production Peugeot in the brand’s entire history.
The new Peugeot 508 PSE (Peugeot Sport Engineered) is an atypical sports version as it is equipped with a hybrid setup. A 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and two electric motors together develop 360 hp and 520 Nm. The all-wheel-drive liftback accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.2 s, and its maximum speed is limited to 250 km/h.
Moreover, the plug-in hybrid Peugeot 508 PSE can travel 42 km in electric mode and consumes only 2 l/100 km. The car’s suspension was upgraded and larger brakes were installed.
The Peugeot 508 PSE can be recognized by its bright yellow inserts in the front bumper. In addition, the liftback also features a body kit and 20-inch wheels. Inside, there are new sports seats.
The car was imported unofficially, as this version is not represented in Ukraine. However, the standard Peugeot 508 is sold and was once tested by TopGir.
