If the algorithm recognizes that the driver consistently uses too much steering angle in every turn, it will create more understeer. If you have a steer-by-wire system, the algorithm learns and subsequently does not provide the driver with such a large steering angle to avoid this.

In the future, such systems could be enhanced with driver monitoring to determine the desired driving experience.

The car will be smart enough to detect whether you want to have fun, or if the car is drifting a bit, theoretically the algorithm can say: “Okay, this guy wants a bit more drift angle,” and it controls the car’s rotation differently.
