by Today, the public organization ‘Auto Euro Power’ began a protest against customs clearance laws. Car owners with euro numbers plan to block streets and roads in all regions of Ukraine. 
In particular, roads are blocked in the Rivne, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, and Chernihiv regions, as well as near Kyiv. In the capital, the protest is taking place near the walls of the Verkhovna Rada and the President’s Administration, so the movement on Hrushevsky Street is blocked and there are serious traffic jams in the center of Kyiv. The famous burnt Range Rover of the organization’s leader was brought.

Activists of ‘Auto Euro Power’ demand the president veto the laws 8487 and 8488, which establish new rules for customs clearance of cars. In their opinion, customs payments are still quite large since the age coefficient of the car is not excluded from the excise calculation formula. The protest is promised to be indefinite.

In addition, people’s deputies Yuriy Derevyanko and Serhiy Kaplin have prepared resolutions to cancel Yuzhanina’s laws. They will be considered by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Tax and Customs Policy.
