The Passat is equipped with a 1.8-liter gasoline turbo engine TSI of the BZB series with 160 hp. It works in tandem with a six-speed manual transmission. Among the safety systems, ABS, ESP, EBD, and ASR are declared, as well as tire pressure monitoring.
