The 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT marks the return of “muscle” pickups, and the company decided to use this occasion for a charitable cause. The first production example will be offered at Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas on September 11. All proceeds will go to support the Folds of Honor Foundation and the UFC Foundation.
Technical specifications and performance
The Rumble Bee SRT is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 engine that produces 777 hp (579 kW) and 680 lb-ft (921 Nm) of torque. This allows the four-door pickup to accelerate to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, reach a top speed of 170 mph, and run the quarter mile in 11.6 seconds at 116 mph.
First look: Hellcat power and extreme design
These figures are incredible for a truck, but Ram decided to go even further by giving the first production model Direct Connection upgrades. This includes a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system and a 3.0-liter supercharger, delivering a target output of over 900 hp (671 kW).
The vehicle also features a hand-applied two-tone exterior: Diamond Black Crystal Pearl-Coat combined with a Molten Red Pearl-Coat upper section. These are complemented by Molten Red graphics, a black hood stripe, and Flame Red accents. Black 22-inch wheels and a custom center console badge complete the look.
Paired with a Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10
The winning bidder will also receive a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10 customized by RealTruck. This vehicle features a black-and-yellow exterior with matching wheels and striking Viper graphics. Other highlights include electric running boards, a soft tonneau cover, black-and-yellow leather seats, and Husky Liners floor mats.
The main highlight is the 8.3-liter V10 engine, which produces 500 hp (373 kW) and 525 lb-ft (711 Nm) of torque. This allows the pickup to accelerate to 60 mph in the “low five seconds” and reach a top speed of 154.6 mph. Thanks to these figures, in 2004 it earned the title of the “fastest production pickup truck in the world.”
Finally, the auction winner will receive a VIP UFC experience at an event of their choice.
