This required relocating the steering wheel, brake lines, and pedals to function in the new configuration. Although local police initially stopped the vehicle, after an inspection, they allowed it to continue on its way.
At first glance, this pickup looks ordinary, but in reality, its construction is the result of painstaking work. The engine remained at the front, but it is now housed in the body, which has become the “front” part. The driver sits in a cab that is turned the opposite way, creating the illusion of moving in reverse, even though the vehicle is actually driving normally forward.
The YouTuber notes that after the modification, the pickup became more comfortable to drive than the original version.
Despite its unusual appearance, the vehicle has all the necessary lighting equipment and is registered for road use. After the initial encounter with the police, the driver calmly continued his journey, and even other patrols paid no attention to him.
