The Chinese premium brand Zeekr, part of the Geely conglomerate, has officially presented its first flagship hybrid crossover — the Zeekr 9X. The newcomer has openly aimed for the ultra-luxury segment, ruled by the Rolls-Royce Cullinan: a massive chrome grille with vertical slats, reminiscent of the British brand’s style, and a strict, respectable silhouette with hints of Range Rover create a striking and recognizable exterior.

Built on the new modular SEA-S platform, the Zeekr 9X is equipped with a hybrid powertrain with a total output of 1381 hp. This allows the six-seater crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 240 km/h. Thanks to a 70 kWh Freevoy battery from CATL, the electric range exceeds 1000 km — one of the best figures among hybrids.

The interior also matches the luxury class: the Zeekr 9X has a 2+2+2 seating configuration with second-row ‘captain’s chairs,’ and the number of modern features and finish materials promise to be on par with the world’s most prestigious brands.

The starting price of the crossover is expected to be around $100,000 (which is several times cheaper than a Rolls). Pre-orders will start in August 2025.
It is worth adding that throughout 2024-2025, Zeekr models have gained significant popularity in Ukraine due to their combination of modern technology, expressive design, and competitive cost. So, we have no doubt that the new flagship hybrid crossover 9X will also be in high demand among Ukrainian consumers.
