The new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 will be unveiled in September 2021, reports the Japanese site BestCarWeb. Shortly after that, sales will start, and in Japan, the car will increase in price by approximately $5000 – up to 50.5 thousand dollars in the simplest version.
The first characteristics of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 have also been published. The length will be 4970 mm, the width 1985 mm, and the height 1870 mm. The wheelbase will grow to 2970 mm.
There will be options for 5 and 8 seats (with two and three rows of seats). The cabin will feature a virtual instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen.
The main engine will be a 3.5-liter 420-horsepower V6 twin-turbo from the Lexus LS500.
There will also be a hybrid Toyota Land Cruiser with a 3.5-liter engine producing 299 hp and a 180-hp electric motor.
There are also rumors about a new 3.3-liter diesel engine. However, the V8 is likely to be available only in the limited loaded Toyota Land Cruiser GR, with its power thanks to the turbines being at least 500 hp.
