The third generation Plymouth GTX was produced only in 1971, so it is considered a rarity even by American standards. Only 3000 of these 5.2-meter coupes were built, after which the model was discontinued. Judging by the inscription on the hood, the Plymouth GTX is equipped with a massive 7.2-liter V8 440.
This engine was offered in two versions – 370 and 385 hp, and acceleration to one hundred took 5.7-6.5 seconds. That is, even by today’s standards, the muscle car is quite fast.
