by In the first nine months of 2019, a record of 5,500 electric cars were imported to Ukraine. According to the Ukravtoprom association, this includes 5,081 passenger electric cars (an increase of +42%) and 397 commercial ones (+50%). 
Electric cars in Ukraine remain mostly used – 91%. More than half of them are up to 5 years old. The most popular electric car in Ukraine is still the Nissan Leaf, chosen by 2,500 buyers.
