Recently, we wrote to you about the record-breaking Bugatti Chiron, which reached a speed of 490 km/h. Now, during the celebration of Bugatti’s 110th anniversary, the presentation of its production version – the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ – took place.
The new Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ received a more powerful 1600 horsepower version of the 8.0-liter W16. An exhaust system from the Bugatti Centodieci is also installed. However, the speed will be limited to 440 km/h, though at the client’s request, the limiter can be removed to allow 490 km/h.
The coupe’s aerodynamics have been refined – the rear part is extended by 25 cm and the design of the front air intakes has been changed. Special high-speed Michelin tires have also been developed specifically for the Chiron Super Sport 300+.
The interior features carbon and Alcantara finishes. The Bugatti hypercar also received sporty bucket seats.
Only 30 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ will be produced.
The cost of the Bugatti coupe will be 3.5 million euros.
