Resident of Sumy, Denis Kosyakov, created an incredible Opel Olympia hot rod. The unique car was featured in the show DzhEDAIs. Ukrainian turned an old Opel into a furious hot rod

The project took 7 months. Actually, only the body is from the 1937 Opel Olympia. It was mounted on a frame from a Mercedes ML55 AMG, and the SUV’s engine and automatic transmission were also used.

The rusty body is styled in rat-look. With a 5.5-liter 340-horsepower V8, it accelerates to a hundred in 4.3 seconds, and the Opel hot rod covers a quarter-mile in 13.1 seconds. Furthermore, the rear-wheel-drive car dramatically burns rubber. The vehicle is still undergoing testing. After refinement, it will be put on display in competitions.
