New apartment or new car?

Of course, as a car site, we are simply obliged to say that a new car is better. But in today’s realities, the situation is ambiguous – nowadays you can safely buy an apartment at the price of a car. And it doesn’t matter what kind of car we’re talking about. It is well known that right after leaving the dealership, a car drops in price. As for an apartment, if you invest at the construction stage, it will only increase in value after it is put into operation.

However, there is a risk typical for Ukraine – how to choose a reliable developer who will complete the construction. Currently, there are many development companies on the market that attract buyers with sweet prices and developed infrastructure, parks, and closed territories. But the first and main rule when buying real estate is to ensure the authority and reliability of a particular developer. Of course, as in the automotive world, there are flagships that can be trusted almost blindly. True, in this case, apartment prices are often much higher than the market average.

Is there a golden mean? Definitely. And the construction group Fundamental is proof of that. Recently, it celebrated its 75th anniversary, which is already impressive and inspires confidence. Moreover, the post-war Khreshchatyk was built by this group, the NSC “Olympic” was restored, the foundation of the “Motherland” monument was laid, and even the Palace Ukraine was reconstructed, where the “Fundamental” team of 2500 people celebrated its anniversary!

This is comparable to the price of a Kia Sportage, for example.

Camerton

The “Camerton” residential complex is, in a way, a Bentley in the world of apartments. After all, apartments in this residential complex, located in the quiet center of Kyiv, can have private terraces, panoramic windows, a concierge, and even an internal square with landscape design is planned. Plus, Wi-Fi works throughout the area, and the territory is closed and guarded. A 1-room apartment with an area of almost 50 square meters will cost 1.63 million hryvnias. This is comparable to the price of a Mercedes E-class or an Infiniti QX60 crossover.

However, unlike cars, even premium ones, they are unlikely to compare with comfortable and luxurious housing in the heart of the capital, from where you can walk almost anywhere.

Apartment or car?

The ideal option is a new apartment and a new car. But if you have to choose between a new apartment and a new car, you need to understand that turning money into a passive income is a simple matter. But making a profitable investment is an art.
