This Restored Porsche 911 Was Created by a Former Formula 1 Driver, and It Could Have Gone Unnoticed

Unique Porsche 911 by Tarso Marques Concept

This restomod, named TMC Avalanche, is created by the little-known company Tarso Marques Concept, founded by former Brazilian Formula 1 driver Tarso Marques. The car will be presented at the Mecum auction during Monterey Car Week.

Avalanche follows the classic restomod formula: modern technology and design in the body of an iconic air-cooled 911

Design Details

The car’s body is entirely made of carbon fiber and painted in pearlescent white. The car features Fuchs-style wheels, yellow brake calipers, as well as modern LED headlights and taillights.

The interior is completely redesigned: the cabin is upholstered in bright orange leather with carbon fiber inserts on the dashboard, steering wheel, and seatbacks. A custom carbon fiber tunnel with a CAE shifter particularly draws attention.

Technical Features

The 4.0-liter engine with 500 hp allows this Porsche to demonstrate impressive dynamic performance. At the same time, the car has only traveled 70 miles (113 km) since the completion of assembly.

Although the expected auction price is not disclosed, experts expect it to exceed the one hundred thousand dollar mark. However, due to the lack of a renowned brand like Singer or Gunther Werks, this specimen is unlikely to set any price records.

This Porsche 911 from TMC is a true explosion of emotions for fans of custom cars. Its unique design, use of advanced materials, and limited series make it a dream for collectors. The meticulous work on the details is particularly impressive – every element speaks to the high level of craftsmanship of its builders.
