Tuning studio Mansory has once again drawn attention by presenting another extreme version of the hybrid supercar Lamborghini Revuelto. The new work, named Carbonada Damask X, is a unique creation that evokes mixed emotions even among enthusiasts of bold modifications.
Unique Carbon Fiber and Extravagant Design
The main feature of the Carbonada Damask X is the brown-tinted carbon fiber with a complex pattern reminiscent of hand-painting. This material is used for virtually all body elements. Despite Mansory often being criticized, their approach to working with carbon fiber truly stands out for its rare patterns, which are seldom seen in the automotive industry.
Aggressive Body Kit and Aerodynamics
The new body kit includes a radically redesigned front bumper with a different splitter, modified air intakes, and a custom hood. Added to this are new wheel arches, sharp side skirts, and a functional roof-mounted air intake.
The rear of the car looks even more extravagant than the front. It features an engine cover with triangular cutouts, a new swan-neck rear wing, an aggressive diffuser, a Formula-1-style central brake light, and three exhaust tips that resemble elements of the Apollo Intensa Emozione but look far less aesthetic.
Completing the exterior are new brown wheels with matching brake calipers and aerodynamic ‘fins’ with the same carbon fiber finish as the body.
Interior with Accents
The interior of the Italian supercar has also undergone significant changes. The cabin now features many exposed brown carbon fiber elements, including the steering wheel, instrument panel, and dashboard. The upholstery is made of black Alcantara with brown stitching and piping. Additionally, Mansory engineers moved the engine start button to the ceiling, another unconventional solution.
Mansory Photos
This Mansory project demonstrates how far tuning studios can go in their quest to stand out. Although some Revuelto owners, including Formula 1 driver Esteban Ocon, have already approached the German studio, the Carbonada Damask X sets a new benchmark for extravagance. It is worth noting that such modifications often provoke conflicting reactions: from admiration for technical craftsmanship to criticism of excessive flamboyance. However, it is precisely these projects that highlight that even the most expensive and powerful supercars can be transformed into something absolutely unique, even if not universally recognized as beautiful. This also serves as a reminder that in the world of exclusive cars, the line between bold design and kitsch is often very thin.
