Fiat Revives Multiplina and Releases New Topolino Versions

Fiat has unveiled several new concepts and special versions dedicated to micromobility. These include a three-wheeled vehicle and an updated Multiplina.

New Topolino Versions: Sport and Vilebrequin

Let’s start with the Topolino model, which has received new Sport and Vilebrequin versions. The first is inspired by the Nuova 500 Sport from 1958 and is positioned as “simple, playful, and iconic.”

The Topolino Sport, created to attract younger buyers, emphasizes customization: four new body colors and three stripe combinations are available. The model also features a number of black elements, including headlight bezels, mirror caps, and wheels.

Inside, there are black seats and a Dolcevita Box upholstered in carbon-look vinyl. These are complemented by new seat belts and a Monsterlino Bluetooth speaker, created in collaboration with Monster. It is magnetically attached and easily removable.

Topolino Vilebrequin Collector’s Edition

Next is the new Topolino Vilebrequin Collector’s Edition. It features a folding soft top and a very limited production run — only 200 units for Italy and France.

Other features include a two-tone nautical-style paint job and contrasting silver accents. A chrome rear luggage rack and the Vilebrequin turtle logo on the driver’s door are also present.

Interior updates include white seats with blue Vilebrequin turtles. The Dolcevita Box has an inverted design and is complemented by white seat belts. The model also features wood-effect floor mats inspired by yachting on the Mediterranean Sea.

TRIS Dolcevita Concept

Fiat also presented several concepts, including a passenger version of the three-wheeled TRIS. Known as the Dolcevita, the model resembles the 500 Jolly and was developed for use in “hospitality and leisure.”

The driver’s compartment remains unchanged, while the cargo space has been replaced by a rear passenger compartment with a seat and a fabric roof. The model also boasts an open design and a beachy vibe.

Multiplina Concept

Fiat Revives The Multiplina And Rolls Out New Topolino Editions

Finally, the Multiplina concept is described as a “bold, socially relevant reinterpretation of the legendary 1956 Fiat 600 Multipla.” The company called it “the missing link between the Topolino and the car.”

Fiat hasn’t provided many additional details, but the model looks like something between a Topolino and a 500. It features a “smiling” front bumper, round headlights, and a sloping windshield. These are complemented by tall doors and a folding roof. A four-seat interior is also visible, which promises “planning that maximizes space efficiency through smart, human-centric architecture.”

Interestingly, Fiat is actively expanding its micromobility lineup, offering not only practical but also stylish solutions for urban transport. The Multiplina concept, in particular, could become a kind of bridge between compact electric vehicles and traditional cars, opening up new possibilities for design and functionality in a segment where space and efficiency are key. Limited series, like the Topolino Vilebrequin, underscore the brand’s drive for exclusivity and personalization, which could attract a new audience that values not only eco-friendliness but also unique style.
