Bugatti Presents the One-of-a-Kind Hypercar Brouillard (Photo)

The French from Bugatti have once again decided to prove that nothing is impossible for them—except, perhaps, creating a mass-produced car at a reasonable price. The Bugatti Brouillard has been born—a one-of-a-kind hypercar built on the chassis of the discontinued Chiron and equipped with an 8-liter W16 engine producing 1600 hp. Yes, yes, that’s enough to outpace not only most supercars but also your notions of road speed.

At first glance, the Brouillard resembles the Mistral, but don’t be fooled: they only share a few parts from the Chiron. Everything else is an artistic interpretation of wealthy collector Michel Perridon’s love for the bronze sculptures of Édouard Bruyère. If you look closely, you can discern the silhouette of a horse’s skull in the body shape—an idea undoubtedly for those who dream of a car that is both frightening and captivating.

The equestrian motifs continue inside: the gear lever is adorned with a miniature bronze horse’s head, the seatbacks feature silhouettes of horse heads, and the upholstery showcases galloping steeds. And the external and internal green-bronze color reminds you: “I am not just a car, I am a work of art and your financial nightmare at the same time.”

And, of course, the Brouillard was built under the Bugatti Solitaire program—meaning there will never be a second one like it. The price? Millions of euros.
