However, we are forced to sadly report that the Veyron spotted in Kyiv, whose photo was sent to us by a reader, is actually Lithuanian. But this doesn’t mean it’s on euro plates – in fact, the photo was taken in Lithuania, and the Ukrainian plates on the car carrier and the accompanying car are the result of neat and sufficiently high-quality work in Photoshop…
