The price for the new Rolls-Royce Boat Tail has been revealed. The convertible cost the customer an astounding 28 million dollars, and two more of such cars will appear later.

The name of the owner of the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is kept strictly secret. It is known that he controlled the process down to the smallest details. He wished to paint the convertible in a special blue color, chose the interior trim, and the expensive Bovet watches on the central panel.

The customer also loves picnics and Armand de Brignac champagne. The refrigerator in the trunk was customized to fit the size of this sparkling wine bottles. And of course, expensive platinum and porcelain dishes, a couple of folding chairs, and a sunshade were added.

From a technical perspective, there are no differences from the donor Rolls-Royce Phantom. Under the hood, it’s the same 6.75-liter V12 twin-turbo engine with 571 hp. However, the Rolls-Royce Sweptail coupe costing 12.8 million dollars also retained all the Phantom’s mechanics.

By the way, in the near future, the Rolls-Royce Coachbuilding division will release several more cars by special order. It is not unlikely that they will be even more expensive.
