The EU and the USA have completely banned the import of all supercars and luxury cars into the Russian market

Russian millionaires and billionaires have been left without supercars and expensive cars. A new round of sanctions has banned the sale of luxury items in the aggressor country in general and premium cars in particular.

Initially, the Americans banned the import of all luxury cars from the USA to Russia. This includes all premium models of American production, meaning not only Cadillac, Lincoln, or Tesla, but also Acura, Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW assembled in the States.

And now, the European Union has imposed a ban on the supply of all cars costing over 50 thousand euros to Russia. Thus, the restrictions apply to both Bugatti and Audi A6 or VW Touareg. However, most of these models are already unavailable in Russia, as many brands have previously left the local market, including supercar manufacturers.

Not that Russian oligarchs are currently eager to buy a supercar. But customers of exclusive cars from other countries will be pleased – they will have to wait less in line for rare models, as the cars intended for Russia will now be available to them.
