by 6 years ago, we published photos and videos of Avakov’s motorcade. During Poroshenko’s tenure, he traveled with two brand-new armored Mercedes and an SUV. However, it seems that under Zelensky, Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, has decided to be more modest. 
According to unofficial data, Avakov now travels in a VW Touareg accompanied by another Touareg. Both are equipped with strobe lights.
Whether one of them is armored is hard to say; at first glance, it’s not. However, based on external features (chrome, etc.), it is clearly noticeable that the first in line is in a more expensive configuration. 
Regarding the license plates, they are identical in letters but slightly different in numerical combination. There is no reliable information on whether the Minister of Internal Affairs has “doubles” (identical numbers often used in the motorcades of high-ranking officials). PHOTO: vehicles.exclusive
